It was a very steep learning curve and I had to work very hard but I have never looked back! What’s your proudest moment from being an in-house comms leader? I’m very proud of what I have achieved – and even prouder of what people in my team have achieved. At Lloyds Banking Group I had to pull together a very large team for the first time and help everyone understand their role and how they contributed.
