failure of some of the most critical communications can rest on our ‘part-time’ or siloed communicators. They’re likely not part of your central team and aren’t professional communicators – they’re doing comms off the side of their desk, or as part of another role supporting a local leader or business. This presents a number of challenges: You don’t know who they are, where they sit or what they can do.
