Property Rights in the Services and any materials (including but not limited to documents, pdfs and videos) we provide to you; (b)  we grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence during the training course to use and download one (1) copy the materials solely for the purpose of receiving and using the Services. You are not permitted to amend, distribute or use the material for any other purpose; and (c)  you shall not, in any manner, modify, sub-license, assign or otherwise transfer the rights granted in this clause.
