shall terminate automatically without notice, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. 2.2  The Services are provided in respect of each named user only. SUPPLIER’S RESPONSIBILITIES 3.1  We will use reasonable endeavours to supply the Services to you during the Subscription Period, in accordance with this agreement in all material respects. We shall have the right to change or modify the Services during the term of this agreement if we deem such change or modification to be an improvement to the Services.
