to supply the Services to you during the Subscription Period, in accordance with this agreement in all material respects. We shall have the right to change or modify the Services during the term of this agreement if we deem such change or modification to be an improvement to the Services. 3.2  We will use reasonable endeavours to meet any dates but any such dates shall be estimates only and time for performance shall not be of the essence of this agreement.
