In our sole discretion we may allow you to transfer a user to another of your employees with our prior written approval (subject to a maximum of 20% of the Total Users that have been granted during the Subscription Period). 3.4 Subject to a user successfully completing the mandatory elements of a course we will issue such user a completion certificate in accordance with the relevant criteria and will use reasonable endeavours to mark mandatory elements in our LMS system, however, this does not form part of the Services.
