our LMS system, however, this does not form part of the Services. 3.5 We will use reasonable endeavours to make the Services available to you when required, however, we will have no liability to you in respect of any outages or other access prevention resulting from our third party suppliers. CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS 4.1  In order for us to provide you with the Services, you shall: (a)  co-operate with us in all matters relating to the Services; (b)  appoint a manager for the Services, such person to be notified to us in writing prior to the commencement of the Services.
