CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS 4.1  In order for us to provide you with the Services, you shall: (a)  co-operate with us in all matters relating to the Services; (b)  appoint a manager for the Services, such person to be notified to us in writing prior to the commencement of the Services. That person shall have the authority to enter into this agreement and to contractually bind the Customer on matters relating to the Services; (c)  provide to us in a timely manner and in any event prior to the commencement for the Services the names and other relevant details relating to each user and ensure that they are accurate and complete in all material respects; (d) provide to us in a timely manner all documents, information, items and materials in any form (whether owned by the Customer or third party) we reasonably require in connection with the Services and ensure that they are accurate and complete in all material respects; (e)  obtain the consent of each user to be able to share with us any personal data to enable us to process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
