this agreement is prevented or delayed by any act or omission by you, your agents, subcontractors, consultants or employees, then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy we may have, we shall be allowed an extension of time to perform our obligations equal to the delay caused by you. 4.3  You shall agree to us using your company name and logo in marketing and other promotional materials relating to Kademy products or services. FEES AND PAYMENT 5.1  You shall pay the Fees in advance of the Services.
