extension of time to perform our obligations equal to the delay caused by you. 4.3  You shall agree to us using your company name and logo in marketing and other promotional materials relating to Kademy products or services. FEES AND PAYMENT 5.1  You shall pay the Fees in advance of the Services. 5.2 We may increase the Fees at any time, however, the increase shall only take effect on the anniversary of the date of this agreement, unless otherwise agreed between the parties in writing. 5.3  We will invoice you for the Fees as soon as this agreement has been signed by you.
