5.2 We may increase the Fees at any time, however, the increase shall only take effect on the anniversary of the date of this agreement, unless otherwise agreed between the parties in writing. 5.3  We will invoice you for the Fees as soon as this agreement has been signed by you. 5.4  You shall pay the invoice within 30 days of receipt to a bank account nominated in writing by us on the invoice.
