of this agreement, unless otherwise agreed between the parties in writing. 5.3  We will invoice you for the Fees as soon as this agreement has been signed by you. 5.4  You shall pay the invoice within 30 days of receipt to a bank account nominated in writing by us on the invoice. 5.5  Without prejudice to any other right or remedy that it may have, if you fail to pay us any sum due under this agreement on the due date: (a)  you shall pay interest on the overdue sum from the due date until payment of the overdue sum, whether before or after judgment.
