royalty-free licence during the Subscription Period to use and download one (1) copy the materials (excluding the Customer Materials) solely for the purpose of receiving and using the Services and/or the Deliverables; and (c)  you shall not, in any manner, modify, sub-license, assign or otherwise transfer the rights granted in clause 6.1(b). 6.2  In relation to the Customer Materials, you hereby grant us a fully paid-up, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to retain, delete, use, copy, modify and do all things necessary to the Customer Materials for the purpose of providing you the Services.
