consequential loss. 9.4  We have given commitments as to compliance of the Services in clause 3. In view of these commitments, the terms implied by sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from this agreement. 9.5 We shall have no liability to you in the event of a security breach resulting from a user transferring or otherwise sharing access to the Services in contravention of this agreement.
