10.2(c) to clause 10.2(i) (inclusive); or (k)  you suspend or cease, or threaten to suspend or cease, carrying on all or a substantial part of its business. 10.3 In the event of a dispute between the parties we reserve the right to immediately suspend the Services during the period of such dispute. 10.4 We shall have the right to immediately suspend your access to the Services if at any time you are in breach of our Community, User & Etiquette Guidelines.
