Using employee stories to drive an inclusive company culture - Kademy - chunk 4

of the workforce at EMR, Lynsey Buxton and her team harnessed the power of personal stories. They launched the “I am me” campaign, featuring twelve employees from across the business who shared deeply personal and unique experiences covering topics such as physical and mental health, parenting and caring, and bereavement. By using video as the format, Lynsey and her team were able to create truly powerful stories, with ‘I am me’ creating a consistent and unifying narrative. With content driven by the individuals themselves, the stories felt genuinely human and real.
