With content driven by the individuals themselves, the stories felt genuinely human and real. As a result of these stories, the organisation has seen an increase in its inclusion index score through the annual employment survey and a significant spike in employees accessing internal resources for wellbeing and support. What’s more, EMR’s employee networks grew substantially during this period.
