or otherwise transfer the rights granted in clause 6.1(b). 6.2 In relation to the Customer Materials, you hereby grant us a fully paid-up, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to retain, delete, use, copy, modify and do all things necessary to the Customer Materials for the purpose of providing you the Services. 6.3 You hereby warrant that the receipt and use of the Customer Materials in the performance of this agreement by us, our agents, subcontractors or consultants shall not infringe the rights, including any Intellectual Property Rights, of any third party.
