Either party may, at any time on not less than 30 days’ notice, revise this clause 7 (Data protection) by replacing it with any applicable controller to processor standard clauses or similar terms forming part of an applicable certification scheme (which shall apply when replaced by attachment to this agreement). CONFIDENTIALITY 8.1 Each party undertakes that it shall not at any time, and for a period of five years after termination of this agreement, disclose to any person any confidential information concerning our Intellectual Property, materials (including but not limited to documents, pdfs and videos) or the business, affairs, customers, clients or suppliers of the other party or other information that a party deems to be or by its nature is confidential information, except as permitted by clause 8.2.
