To help employees understand and connect with the new strategy and mission, Amanda Simpson, Director of Internal Communications, and her team launched a story-mining project. They aimed to find and share human stories that aligned with the three strategic priorities. Uncovering stories from a large organisation of mostly frontline employees was no easy feat. However, with employees eager to nominate colleagues, the comms team was able to gather a strong pipeline of content.
