Setting clear objectives, co-creating your plan with the team, holding more regular 1:1s with line managers and increasing time spent in person are also good ways to provide support. I think training is a crucial component as well. Once we had our new structure in place, we partnered with Kademy to provide dedicated training on topics that we identified as crucial for our team’s success – such as stakeholder engagement and strategic planning. This is helping our globally dispersed team to learn, connect and grow together.
